S2N is providing preconstruction, implementation, and consulting services at the MedStar Georgetown University Hospital Medical/Surgical Pavilion project in Washington, DC.

MedStar Georgetown University Hospital’s new medical/surgical facility will encompass 417,155 square feet of above-grade patient floors and 420,594 square feet of below-grade mechanical and parking space. With 156 patient rooms, 32 operating rooms, and a new emergency department, the Medical/Surgical Pavilion will also feature surgical prep and recovery bays as well as a rooftop helipad.
